Ok let's see - we have an image hosted on a profile that is 1 day old and asks you to visit a website with a strange url with a promise of a financial reward on an another website. How do you even imagine that would work? And now, of course, people start crying that their computers got infected with malware. Which is great - every genius who fell for this obvious phishing scam deserved it. I hope your shitty computer burns and you along with it.

Bronies go nuts, and Nintendo Sucks?Equestria Girls
The trailer to "Equestria Girls" (the humanized MLP spinoff film) finally was released today. Aaaannnd everyone's freaking out. Again.
You know, it actually looks pretty decent. Bronies... please understand: I know you're a major unexpected demographic for the show. I know you enjoy seeing shout-out's become canon within the show, and appreciate how the creators do little things here and there for you. But... the show isn't made for you. This is not Cartoon Network and the target demographic isn't 25 year olds in college. You're a nice addition to the target demographic of little girls, but you are not the driving force behind MLP.
I don't want this to sound mean, but it needs to be said. This is where it becomes very important to understand the fine line between being a fan of the show and thinking that because you've invested so much energy into the show that you're entitled to things.
I'm sure the movie won't be as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It honest

Opinions are a Dangerous thing: Art StylesThis isn't about narking on anyone no, infact this is just my own muses really! You could say this is a journal for ENCOURAGEMENT! *SHINES*
I find sticking to one style restrictive if you are a beginning/moderate artist! (even professionals I might say! though I can't speak for everyone)
Having a distinctive look on how your art is done and produced is understandable and its a desire to appear unique to the point some one can just SEE your work and instantly think 'Oh! that's Ten-days!' or something along the line. However, when you are trying to find who you are and what kind of art you are to produce, I recommend trying, well, a lot of different things! Different styles, mixing styles, different colouring techinque, brushes, tools, shading. Don't feel dependant on what you are already doing and don't feel pressured by people just for trying new things!
Push out of your comfort zone. Can't draw hands? don't avoid it! draw the heck out of them! (how else are you going to learn?)

For those of you who may know what these are, in a few months time I'll be wearing them quite differently than how they were first intended. For those who don't, all I can say is that no one will ever be able to call my pinstripes inaccurate again!

If all goes well, this ensemble will see first light at Gallifrey One this year!

I saw on Steve's blog of course that he was doing this- which is possibly the most wonderful thing I've ever heard- but learning he's doing it for you just makes it that much more awesome. I can't WAIT to see the finished suit at Gally this year. (Random factoid- I had to keep insisting to everyone at SDCC you weren't actually David Tennant, and most people really didn't want to believe me on that fact, lol.

Hey thanks! Yeah I'm really excited to get the suit too, especially since it's being made with Steve's brilliant expertise. It was a long battle to find & buy that many trousers so I can't wait to wear the fruits of the labor... Though it does feel a bit odd to be wearing several strangers used pants all over me

Not the actual stuff, no. I remember Louise had said there wasn't anymore after the production bought it all up. I think are a few couches out there though that did manage to get upholstered with the stuff before it was purchased to become coats.
