Unfortunately I haven't been to many conventions this year as The Doctor besides Gallifrey One in LA. I was recovering from surgery this summer @_@ and would much rather have been at Comic Con, but it was sadly not to be LOL
awe thats horrible!im so sorry to hear that.. I hope you are doing better asap and are able to go to cons again.. and you know.. do other stuff that you need to do too lol. darn, you looked so much like this doctor i met there! but i guess the best david tennant cosplays should look similar haha
I did end up figuring that out... I'm only in the second season, so I hadn't reached that episode yet. However, after blindly posting this comment, I realized it was probably impossible for him to be her father just by re-examining their ages. So I did a little research and found my error.. I apologize for being a noob. ^_^
YIKES! Actually I meant "my daughter" in the pretend sense. That's my good friend cosplaying as the Doctor's daughter Jenny, so that's kind of what I was going for. But now that you mention it, that wording does come across as being rather confusing!
I am a lot older than I look though (early 30's) but still not a REAL father One day I'm sure, just not yet.
Which Doctor Who con do mean? The two biggest that I know of and have attended are Gallifrey One and Chicago TARDIS.
Lol ohkayyy, though that'd be kind of cool having your daughter cosplay your "daughter" xD
Yeaaahh ignore that question. I was talking about Gallifrey One but if i paid any attention pre-question, i would have seen that your picture has a description of being at Gallifrey con implying that you kind of know about it xD
And wheeew early 30's, i thought you were mid-late 20's, congrats on that one. And when that day comes you will undoubtedly dress them up as little Daleks and bring them to cons with you xD
It was just a stationary fiber glass prop. They had a button in front of it rigged so that when you pushed it, it would trigger some basic robotics in the head of the Dalek that made it light up, rotate, and speak some lines from the show.
I found the arms where loose and retractable though when I was foolin' with them, so I would be willing to bet they might be able to have someone inside operating them if they wanted to.
